Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 31, 2021 meeting were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to accept
the minutes.  Lance Wang seconded. Without objection, the minutes were approved.

NEW ITEMS:

New parser bug reports:
Bob Ross reported that there were new bug reports from the IBISCHK developer.  He said
bugs 223 and 224 would be classified in the next Open Forum meeting. The bugs had
already been fixed in the new code under development.  Bob said he had received two
bug reports with one testcase, which he had split into two testcases.

BUG223 had a testcase with a duplicate '[End Interconnect Model Set]' keyword, which
was not allowed.  Randy Wolff said we now had a lot of [* End] keywords to check.
Bob said it would be classified as SEVERE severity and MEDIUM priority.

Randy noted that the description for BUG224 had been copied and pasted from BUG223.
Bob said he would fix that.  Bob said the only pin in the testcase was marked
Aggressor_Only, which was not allowed.  There had to be at least one victim pin.


IBISCHK710 development:
Bob Ross said he had received a partial code release and had uploaded it to our
transfer area.  He felt the full release might happen in as little as two more weeks.
Mike LaBonte asked what features would not be expected to work yet.  Bob said there were
no golden results for .ems file QA tests, indicating that that might not have been done.
A number of tests would be required, with missing column data and extra column data.
Bob said there had been a lot of questions about EMD.  He said it would be helpful if
Curtis Clark could check bugs 217 through 224.  Bob said about 40 QA tests used empty
dummy.iss and dummy.s4p files, which passed the existence checks but would fail the
new linkage checks.  Those would need valid contents, and the contents of references
would have to be adjusted to use correct names.  Bob said the current code drop did
not have the linkage checking.

AR: Bob Ross to ask Curtis Clark to check fixes for code errors and bugs filed by developer
